The future’s bright for Marvin and Rochelle

Wearing a bright lemon coloured dress and strappy heals Rochelle Humes looked every inch the showbiz star as she exited the ITV studios in London.

The TV star and popular band member of pop-group the Saturdays has seen her ratings soar since she and her husband Marvin have presented ITV’s ‘This Morning’ Fridays show.

It was a bold move from ITV to commission Rochelle and Marvin and the results have paid dividends.

The media friendly couple have been embraced by the public and the media which is reflected by the growing number of fans who congregate each week at the studios.

Following Friday’s show Marvin collected his wife Rochelle and looked thoroughly pleased to be sporting a loom band on his wrist.

Thumbs up to ITV who have made huge gains in embracing Britain’s diverse communities. Recent presenters include: Jamelia ‘Loose Women’ and more recently have forged a three year deal to showcase the MOBO awards.

ITV are also likely to gain millions more diverse viewers when X Fcator’s Mel B joins the ‘Hot Seat presenting panel’ to host the X Factor UK.

The show also features Radio 1Xtra’s leading lady DJ Sarah Jane-Crawford.

Sarah Jane Crawford hosts The Xtra Factor on ITV’s flagship show. Popular personality and former recording artist Sinitta has a huge influence on The XFactor show.

Mel B replaced the popular TV judge Nicole Scherzinger who resigned to pursue her music career.

It is widely expected that former XFactor contestant Rylan Clarke will join Sarah Jane Crawford after they struck up a close friendship in 2012.

The rumour mill has also suggested a role for former X Factor judge Tulisa however this appointment could prove extremely controversial given the singers recent charges.

Accusations by the former X Factor judge Tulisa who unfairly branded contestant Misha B as a bully which de-railed her progression could be a hugely controversial decision.

Tulisa’s group Little Mix have however become global superstars and her credentials cannot be totally discounted.
