Since our launch in July 2005, FLYER Newspaper has emerged as the UK’s leading black and multi-ethnic free Newspaper. In 2009 FLYER Newspaper was voted Community Paper of the Year (BEFFTA). This adds to a tally of awards which also includes best event photography.

FLYER Newspaper’s personnel reflect the dynamic of the paper. Our trans-cultural team include people from Britain, Caribbean, Asia and Europe. This enable’s FLYER to work effectively in reaching communities that were once considered “hard-to-reach”.

Working exclusively through FLYPICS, this award winning photo-agency is an extra arm of FLYER Newspaper. FLYPICS photography is syndicated throughout the national press and is regularly featured in publications that include: Now Magazine, Daily Mirror, Daily Star, Sun Newspaper, Evening Standard, Gleaner Group, Mail Online to mention just a few.
