The heart beat of this years X Factor Misha B was finally switched off when the British public voted off the shows strongest contestant – the one and only Misha B. The result was not a shock but will raise doubts on whether the show is a credible showcase for talent or just another game-show.

Not even the rain could dampen the spirits of over a thousand people who headed to Crystal Palace to help raise funds for the annual Jamaica Basic Schools Foundation fun day at Crystal Palace Park, South London. The event originally scheduled for early August was rescheduled due to the civil unrest that engulfed the capital.
