Trading places, Bucks Fizz dispute name usage

Eighties band Bucks Fizz were snapped this morning heading towards the Trade Mark Registry, in Bloomsbury, London.

Three members of the group are reportedly at loggerheads over the trademark rights to the name which is being disputed by fourth member Bobby G.

Arriving at the Trademark Registry a reporter said: “What will you do if you loose the right to the name, will you work under a different name?”

Vocalist Cheryl Baker said: “That’s something we haven’t even considered.”

The three are fighting for the rights to perform under the name Bucks Fizz however fourth member Booby G has re-grouped and is also reportedly performing under the same name which he believes he is entitled to do so.
