Mel B Gets Moving for Fitness Week
International Womens Month was given an extra boost from Ex Spice Girl Melanie Brown who was in East London to launch International Fitness Week.
On the first leg of her international promotion Mel B encouraged people to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Mel was joined by members of Fitness First who did a live workout session.
Mel who has been the face of International Fitness Week for three years was forced to run for cover after signing justa handful of autographs.
“There were just so many people trying to get autographs that the situation threatened to get out of hand,” said an autograph hunter.
Mel B found refuge in a nearby Italian Restaurant and waited until it was safe to leave.
