Beyonce spotted shopping at midnight

Long after the lights had dimmed on her spectacular fashion launch at Selfridges London, Queen of pop Beyonce went on a shopping spree at her favourite London store and FLYER was there to catch it.

It was close to midnight and with virtually all Selfridges staff out of the building Beyonce made her move onto the shop floor.

It was reported there was a loud  scream and someone shouted “OMG it’s Beyonce,” crowds  gathered on the street as Beyonce was spotted browsing though various collections.

As crowds grew Beyonce looked up and made her way over to greet the masses of mainly teenage girls who were at the window.

Beyonce who recently announced she is pregnant stayed on the shop floor for half an hour before heading off to a exclusive after party at Chelsea Football Club.

Beyonce’s much anticipated expansion into to the world of fashion began at 9.pm on the top floor of Selfridges with the European launch of ‘House of Dereon.’

Models adorned in African print walked the runway including Solenge Knowles. Whether the show lived up to the hype is debatable. One celeb we spoke to said. “Maybe because it is Beyonce I expected more and I was a bit disappointed.”

Another said: “It was awesome, these were the hottest tickets in town and I was just grateful to have been invited.”

Celebs who attended this event included Paloma Faith, Eliza Doolittle, Rosario Dawson, Rita Ora, Alexandra Burke, Ellie Golding, Chipmunk, Wretch 32 and many more.

The fashion show lasted for approximately one hour and most of the press and media scurried away to send off their reports and pictures. For some who hung back there was another exclusive photo opportunity with Queen Bey.
