The Nokia mobile film premier was attended by British and U.S. celebs. Overseas markets were interested in Pamela Anderson, Michelle Williams and Jermaine Jackson. In the UK, it was all about the young or the trendy, Cherry V, Alice Dellal, Pam Hogg and Mr Hudson were some of the celebs. With over 50 photographers and personal security intent on blocking pictures, things were always going to be tricky.

Working off a driver tip off FLYER had to choose between covering the Q Awards After Party or Whoopi Goldberg on her closing night in London. Whoopi was scheduled to go straight to the airport so the wait wasn’t long.

It was very long two hours… Whoopi’s security insisted on no flash photography, photographers signed off at midnight.

Early birds catch the worm and it was off to Hamleys in Central London to meet the not so scary Danielle Brown. Danielle is the younger sister of Mel B (Scary Spice). Lets just say his TV persona and real life persona don’t exactly tally.

Next up was the BFI Screening of The First Grader which stars the beautiful Naomi Harris. The press conference took longer than expected and FLYER missed the launch of Sir Alan Sugar’s book launch. Photographers were briefed to get head, feet and fashion shots.

FLYER also missed the Superbowl press launch in the city with Boris Johnson but attended The First Grader premier in Leicester Square.

After the premier was the Fashion for services party at the Dorchester. Royals were expected but didn’t walk the red carpet so it was off to the Asian Business Awards.
