Pop Princess Pixie Lott brought a whole new meaning to the word ‘Party Animal’ when she attended her 2^nd studio Album after-party dressed as a leopard.

There was lots of ghoulish behaviour in London last night as Halloween fever gripped the capital but first it was business as usual for Pop Princess Pixie Lott who launched her second studio album, Young Foolish Happy aboard a luxury cruise ship on the Thames.

The lavish album launch held aboard the Silver Sturgeon luxury ship was attended by friends, family, media and VIP guests.

VIP guests included rising talent, Dionne Bromfield wearing Lipsy.

Wearing black also was Radio One Extra’s leading lady Max.

The boat set sail down the Thames for several hours before docking at the Savoy pier at 9.pm where the party continued.

There was not enough time however for Pixie Lott to complete her animal transformation on board the vessel and Pixie was forced to apply the finishing touches on shore.

Pixie rendezvoused with friends at the Savoy Grill at 11.pm before continuing the party at nightclub Mahiki.

American Justin Timberlake was spotted leaving the Curzon Mayfair. Timberlake stars in the film In Time along with Amanda Seyfried and Cillian Murphy. In Time is set in a world where ageing stops at 25. The cast also features Olivia Wilde and Alex Pettyfer.

There was also some ghoulish goings on, Carnaby Street London.

There were no regrets at Dappy(Dino Contostavlos) solo launch at Movida nightclub in West One. Dappy who was also celebrating his chart topping success with hit single ‘No Regrets’ was supported by his fellow N Dubz pals Tulisa (cousin) and Fazer.

N-Dubz who as Flyer exclusively revealed in August are set to have a two year break to concentrate on their solo projects. Dappy said: ‘Tulisa is assigned to X Factor and in two years time the demand for N Dubz will be such that we will reform.’

Joining Dappy and N Dubz were industry talent, Sarah Jane-Crawford, Tinchy Stryder, Chipmunk, Emmanuel, Dionne Bromfield, Jade Ewen (Sugababes) and many more.

Sparking rumours of a rekindled relationship Tulisa and Fazer arrived together in a white Phantom Rolls-Royce.

Dappy’s long-term girlfriend and mother of his two children Kaye Vassell declared her love for her number one man and in doing so lost her feathered earring.

With mum out the picture and heading home it was well passed closing time before the party officially ended.

Had it not been for the likes of Alexandra Burke and Pixie Lott, the Quintessential Awards would have to go down as the most disappointing events of the year so far.

Not only were some of the UK’s largest photo-agencies turned away at the door, but the three page wish-list of stars billed to turn up amouted to only a hand-ful.

A photographer siad: “This isthe second time this  has heppened with regards  this PR Agency. To exclude so many photo-agencies and in such  away is just not good PR.”

London’s paparazzi were on the lookout for American Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez who was eventually spotted in Mayfair this evening.

The American singer who had stayed indoors for virtually the whole day was spotted around 7.pm in Mayfair wearing a grey track-suit.

“Keeping a low profile for virtually the whole day it was surprising that so many paparazzi had managed to track her down.” said a reporter.

“Jennifer is here for a while, I can make things really easy or really difficicult for you.” said her personal security officer who took control of the situation. Jennifer reportedly visited a dance studio in East London before returning back to her hotel just before 12.am.

Cage fighter Alex Reid who lasted just a few rounds with his EX Katie Price appeared to have found happiness again with former Big Brother winner Chantelle Houghton.

Initially the pair appeared reluctant to be photographed together however it was not long before they gave in to photographers’ demands.  “Thecouple had eyes only for each other.” commented a reporter.

Several children reportedly suffered minor cuts and bruises after being caught up in a paparazzi scrum following the launch of Pixie Lott’s launch of her new Lipsy fashion range.

Crowds of youngsters and tourists lined the street outside of the Swarovski store in Great Marlborough Street to catch a glimpse of celebrities who were attending Pixie Lott’s fashion showcase.

“You could describe the event as organised chaos; there were mothers with young children in the crowd but the situation really turned ugly when Pixie Lott arrived. There was a huge surge as paparazzo’s forced their way to the front of the queue and some children got hurt in the process.” said Jimmy a local news reporter.

“Luckily the injuries from what I saw amounted to just a few minor cuts and scratches and although a number of children were visibly shaken and were in tears, things could have been so much worse.” said James who works for Hackney Council.

Celebrities who attended the launch included Pixie Lott, girl group Parade, Dionne Bromfield,  former X Factor finalist Katie Waissel, Tina O’Brien, Zarah Abrahams, Jessica Lowndes and many more.

London was on lock-down as a mentally unstable person broke into Accessorize retail outlet in Regent Street, London and threatened to ignite a huge bomb inside his case. The message was scribbled on the front of the shop.

The occupant was in the store for over one hour with pedestrians casually walking past before the police cordoned off the area believing he was a suicide bomber. Workers told Flyer:  “People were just passing by and looking, it was at least an hour before the area was evacuated.”

According to police reports they were alerted by the security alarm and went to investigate the premises whereby they found the man believed to be a suicide bomber.”

Nearby clubs were evacuated including Movida. Pixie Lott, Chipmunk and Jamelia were escorted via the fire escape. Solo artist Jamelia was celebrating her Birthday and pre album launch.

At 5.am a man who is believed to be the cousin of the suspect spoke to the police. According to FLYER News investigation the cousin told the police; ‘His is called Malcolm, he is going through some personal issues and he is from Biggin Hill area. There are definitely not any explosives involved.” It is believed that the suspect has attempted similar stunts in the past.

The siege continued until 5.30am when the suspect handed himself over to the police. He was forced to strip naked to prove he was free of weapons but the public exclusion zone remained in place until 8.30am

The big night out in the British music calendar will take place at London’s Earls Court Arena on Tuesday 16 February and screened live to millions on ITV1.

Featured in the nominations list is an eclectic and impressive range of artists who have enjoyed success both in the UK and around the world in 2009. Their achievements have been recognised by the 1000 strong BRITs Academy. The nominations in twelve categories were announced at a media packed launch party, hosted by Radio 1’s Fearne Cotton, at London’s indigO2.

Leading the way with three BRIT nominations each are a quartet of pops finest ladies, UK’s Florence & The Machine, Lily Allen, Pixie Lott and that all American phenomenon Lady Gaga. They will be going head to head in a battle of the females. Having been crowned the most successful selling artist of 2009, with her single ‘Poker Face,’ Lady Gaga makes her BRIT Awards nominations debut with a well-deserved three nominations. Short listed for International Female Solo Artist, International Breakthrough Act and International Album for ‘The Fame’, Lady Gaga will look to be one of the most coveted International acts at The BRITs for many years.

Coming out on top with her critically acclaimed second album ‘It’s Not Me, It’s You’ Lily Allen takes three nominations, going up against Florence & The Machine for British Female Solo Artist, MasterCard British Album and British Single of the Year for ‘The Fear’. UK newcomer Pixie Lott has stormed the charts with her debut single ‘Mama Do’ which goes up against La Roux, JLS, Lily Allen and Cheryl Cole amongst others for British Single of the Year. Pixie is also nominated for British Female Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act.

The Anglo American battle will be heavily fought between Dizzee Rascal and American heavy-weight Jay-Z who received double nominations. Dizzee Rascal, heralded as bringing Grime back to the forefront of UK music – paving the way for artists such as N-Dubz and Tinchy Stryder, goes for a win in the categories for British Male Solo Artist and MasterCard British Album. Standing in Dizzee’s way in the British Male Solo Artist category are Calvin Harris, Mika, Robbie Williams and Scotland’s finest, Paolo Nutini who is a two-time nominee. Paolo is also nominated for his superb ‘Sunny Side Up’ album in the MasterCard British Album category.

To celebrate The BRIT Awards 30th anniversayr, The BRITs 2010 will see two retrospective categories introduced to pay homage to the biggest selling album successes and most memorable live performances of the past 30 years.

The ‘BRITs Memorable Performance of 30 Years’ Award will see a shortlist of stunning live performances from BRITs history showcased on a special ‘BRITs Hits 30’ television special broadcast by ITV1 on Saturday 23 January hosted by Mel B. Once aired, viewers will be able to vote online through the itv.com/brits and gm.tv websites with the winner being announced at the main show on 16 February at Earls Court.
