FHM’s ‘Sexiest Woman in the UK’ is pictured as she unveils the new racy PETA campaign poster before the media in central London.

Wearing a flesh coloured basque and skinny blue jeans  the TV talent looked proud of her creation.

The campaign features the star naked, covered only in ‘reptile’ paint with the words ‘Exotic Skins Belong in the Jungle. Leave Wildlife out of Your Wardrobe’.

The sultry image, shot by top celebrity photographer Trevor Leighton, reveals her versatility as an actor – because, although she made her name playing Manchester-born Rosie Webster, here she stars as a jungle-dwelling reptile!

Helen, who has just been crowned FHM’s Sexiest Woman in the UK, was keen to make the point that you don’t need to wear dead animal parts to turn heads. She watched PETA US’ hard-hitting research of what happens to snakes, alligators and other exotic animals killed for their skins, which shows animals who were nailed to trees, bludgeoned with hammers and skinned alive. And knew she had to speak out.

Helen said: “Spring is the perfect time to clean the cruelty from our closets”, Helen says. “I know when people see the footage of how animals killed for their skins suffer, they won’t want anything to do with the exotic-skins industry and will join me in leaving wildlife out of their wardrobes.”

British model Amber- Le bon today revealed the Royal Ascot 2013 Dress Code Assistants outfits. The Dress Code Assistant outfits were supplied by Hobbs London and will be worn during Royal Ascot, Tuesday 18^th – 22^nd June 2013.

For the second year, a specially trained team of Dress Code Assistants will be on hand outside the racecourse to help visitors with any last-minute concerns over their attire and provide helpful suggestions.

Royal Ascot is a unique stand-alone event in the sporting and social calendar and dressing accordingly is part of the experience.

Singing star Rita Ora appears to be spending a lot of time in public with her friend Calvin Harris. Media reports suggest they are dating, FLYER Newspaper sources said they’re not so sure. Rita and Calvin have been spotted at the W Hotel, Nobu in Mayfair, Electric Cinema in Notting Hill and the Shard in London.

There was complete chaos when paparazzi spotted Rita and Calvin at the Electric Cinema in London.

Former Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh took centre stage at the Relatively Speaking press night in London.

The play Directed by Lindsay Posner see’s Kara Tointon and Felicity Kendal star in the revival of Alan Ayckbourn’s comedy about a complex love triangle between a pair of young lovers and an older married man.

Talented international singer/songwriter Lianne La Havas wore a daring Sass & Bride Spring 2013 embellished gown which glittered in the midday sun as she arrived at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. She was joined at the star-studded Ivor Novello awards by artists such as Noel Gallagher, Lilly Cooper, Beverley Knight, A*M*E*, Geri Halliwell and more.

Speaking after her performance Lianne told Flyer: “It was a great atmosphere to be amongst so many talented people.”

The Ivors are internationally respected for honouring excellence in British music writing. They are judged and presented by the writing community and for over 50 years have been given annually to outstanding songwriters and composers.

It was a wild week for the stars of Fast & Furious 6 who were spotted hitting up events across the capital ahead of the World premier in London’s Leicester Square however the real action happened even before the premier had got underway.

Actress Michelle Rodriguez was spotted at the London ITV studios where she appeared on ITV’s Daybreak.

Michelle wasted no time in heading back to her Central London hotel before having a press lunch at Claridges in Mayfair.

Although Michelle appeared happy to be photographed and traded banter with the paparazzi her PR Team were less than keen for pictures to be taken ahead of the world premier in Leicester Square.

A journalist at the Charlotte Street hotel said: “It was bizarre moment that turned an entertainment feature into a news story.”

Moments before this bizarre incident a driver said: “You never guess what we’ve got planned for you!” which was treated as an open challenge to the paparazzi reported a photographer.

Wearing a strapless red gown Michelle was escorted through a tiny side door at the back of the Charlotte Street Hotel, the star hid behind a blue blazer.

This was in marked contrast to Hollywood actress Zoe Saldana (above) who was happy to be photographed ahead of the World premier of Star Trek Into Darkness the week before.

Shoppers sweltering in the midday heat received a welcome boost when X Factor 2011 winners Little Mix consisting of members Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jade Thirlwall were spotted recently serving free ice cream in Soho, London, England.

The concept which took a week to plan was to run alongside the promotion of Little Mix’s new single ‘HOW YA DOIN?’

Speaking to FLYER News a team member said: “It has taken roughly a week to plan and the girls were undecided at first on which flavour they wanted to serve to the public. They had a choice of strawberry, mint, vanilla and chocolate.

Not content with just serving up ice cream the girls also performed the acoustic single live in Soho Square.

Little Mix fan Rochelle said: “I heard about this event through Facebook last night and couldn’t wait to come down and show my support.”

After they had served ice cream to several hundred people in Soho, X Factor 2011 winners Little Mix went to Covent Garden and were greeted by crowds of tourists and their faithful fans. Once again they dished out ice cream and performed two acoustic tracks including their hit single ‘Wings’.

Promoting their single ‘HOW YA DOIN?’ Little Mix recently visited the ITV studios in London and top radio station Kiss FM.

UK trend setters Little Mix have also recently launched their fab new peel-on nail collection in association with New Look retail giant.

The exclusive launch event was held in-house at the offices of New Look, Westfield, Shepherds Bush.

Thousands of people came out out to see the group perform and  launch their peel-on nail collection at Westfield Shepherds Bush.

The girls greeted their fans and signed branded merchandise.

Despite being pregnant Kim Kardashian made light work of her 24hr visit to the UK. Dressed in a black leather top, jeans and black stiletto’s the American Reality TV star ditched her usual entourage of camera crews and personal security officers and travelled to the Greenwich 02 in a standard hired car.”

“It was nice to see Kim travel to the Greenwich 02 using the conventional method of transport rather than go by helicopter,” said a reporter at the Dorchester Hotel.

Kim was however left stranded amongst a sea of reporters and paparazzi when she exited the hotel to discover that the hired car she had booked had driven off.

Alexandra Burke and Preeya Kalidas were spotted at the Playboy club in Mayfair, London.

The Former EastEnders actress Preeya Kalidas, who played Amira Masood in the TV drama, was celebrating  after it was announced that she is to star in a Bollywood-style production of the opera Carmen.

One of the most glamorous festivals in London returned to London’s Southbank Centre as leading designers, photographers, celebrities, models and fashion editors gave audiences a unique insight into their lives and work through interviews, panel discussions and talks.

Participants included Victoria Beckham, Alexa Chung, Cara Delevingne, Anna Dello Russo, Alber Elbaz, Livia Firth, David Gandy, Anya Hindmarch, Christopher Kane, Michael Kors, Yasmin Le Bon, Natalie Massenet, Tamara Mellon, Mario Testino, Donatella Versace, Paul Smith and many more.

Victoria Beckham was the teen pop star that made the successful leap to become one of the world’s most influential designers and businesswomen. Arriving at 10.15am looking just a bit nervous Victoria Beckham was supported by her son Brooklyn and her parents. Victoria was not expecting any press and reportedly let her feeling known. During her seminar Victoria discussed her life, work and the creation of her two labels with Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman.

One of our favourite designers and media personalities, industry heavyweight Donatella Versace embodies the strong, exuberant Italian style that she creates. Following the death of her brother Gianni in 1997, she became chief designer and vice-president of the Versace Group, and is now one of the leading women in international fashion. Donatella’s eagerly awaited seminar included discussions on her life’s journey and work.

Also rocking leather at the Vogue Festival was American superstar rapper Angel Haze. Much has been reported of the twitter war between herself and rapper Azealia Banks however we found Angel very engaging, knowledgeable and media friendly. Speaking to FLYER Daily Angel said: “I’m here specifically to attend the Donitella Versace event. Today is not about self-promotion.”

Also rocking leather was celebrity blogger and DJ Pip Ling who was joined by Emma McQuiston, destined to become Britain’s first black marchioness. Emma is currently on this month’s cover of Tatler magazine.

Hitting up the Vogue Festival party, talented singer/songwriter Arlissa has been catapulted into the media spotlight after it was revealed that she now shares the same management as Bajan star Rihanna. Other guests include Yasmin LeBon, Sarah Jane Crawford, Erin O’Connor, Cara Delevigne and more.

American reality TV stars Khloe Kardashian and her mum Kris Reeves surprised shoppers when they were spotted out and about in London’s trendy West End.

Wearing what can only be described as equestrian style clothing, the American reality star Khloe Kardashian wasted no time in heading straight towards up-market children’s toy store Hamleys in Regent Street W1. They emerged half an hour later and were later spotted at Browns retail outlet in South Molten Street, W1.

The sight of paparazzi attracted huge crowds who clambered to get a picture through the shops windows. Security was tight and the front doors were locked and manned by security officers.

Later, Kris was spotted holding a huge hoola-hoop styled Chanel handbag in Selfridges, London, (see video above) much to the delight of the crowds who were watching from the front entrance.

One hour later it was back to base as they returned to their Piccadilly residence.
