The X Factor House is a long way off the glitz and glamour of the live shows at Wembley Studios. Here in central London the contestants are beginning to familiarise themselves with their work routines and unwanted press attention.

X Factor contestant Rylan was clearly showing signs of pressure following the weekend live shows where he narrowly avoided being sent home thanks to a public vote off.

The Essex lad took a side entrance when visiting the Sarah Jane Crawford show at Radio 1Xtra.

Standing before the press, Radio Presenter Sarah Jane Crawford said: “I’m starting the official ‘Keep Rylan In’ campaign.” Rylan clearly approved of the words of encouragement from popular radio presenter Sarah Jane Crawford.

Also visiting Radio 1Xtra studios were popular X Factor contestants Jahmene Douglas and James Arthur who looked to have bonded well. The lads visited an Italian takeaway shop and posed for pictures with customers and staff.
