Pop princess Preeya voted Best Female act
Stunning artist and TV personality Preeya Kalidas looked fabulous when she arrived at the Lebara Asian Music Awards wearing a fab strapless blue full length gown at Wembley Arena in London last night.
The Glitz and Glamorous event is now celebrating its 10th Anniversary and is seen as one of the premier events in the international music calendar.
Preeya Kalidas who was confirmed as the ‘Best Female Act’ was gracious in her acceptance of this award. Speaking to FLYER Newspaper Preeya said: “It was a fantastic night and being surrounded by so many influential people and artists was an honour.”
Wearing a strapless blue full length gown with her thigh high slit by Marina Qureshi, statement choker and bangles by Mawi London,silver platform pump heels, the white leather Savana clutch with Swarovski crystals and Japanese beads by Buba London, Preeya looked every inch the star of the show and she knew it. The media mêlée that surrounded the artists reflects her popularity as a universal talent.
Changing for the after-party Preeya rocked up another glamorous look and looked even more fab in her Red lace and feather mini cocktail dress by Marina Qureshi, sliver platform pump heels and jewellery by Mawi London.
Preeya took to Twitter before the event and said: Heading to the AMA’s – Tonight i’m wearing jewels @mawilondon, clutch by @bubafashion and dress by British Asian designer@Marina_Qureshi.
It has been a busy month for Preeya who we’ve snapped around town, life in the media eye can be a pressured affair and a little bit of retail therapy is to be treasured.
