Hello All

This is a good step forward - may not be a step far enugh for some but it is undoubtably a step in teh right direction. Why shouldn't little black girls have dolls that resemble them?

Visit www.blackbeautydolls.com to purchase these and many other black dolls, accessories and black children's books.

Well, I'm not sure what to say. They look pretty good and I will likely be getting a couple for my doll crazy neices. Are we supposed to be grateful that after all this time Mattel have acknowledged the existence of black women and girls? I havent seen the whole line and am hoping that I will see some afro and at least some braided hair. I will say it. Well done Mattel. I would like to see the dolls sell and the line develop.
